26A – Custom fields in Additional Person Info not editable in Redwood

Summary:

Hi everyone,

After the 26A release, we have identified an issue in Redwood – Additional Person Info.

Custom fields (Person EFF), especially free text fields, are no longer editable.

Details:

• The fields are visible
• They appear enabled
• It is not possible to enter any value
• Before 26A, everything was working correctly
• No configuration or security changes were made

Additionally, we noticed that the field visibility configuration implemented via Visual Builder Studio is no longer behaving as expected after the release.

This is a highly impacting issue for our business since it prevents data entry and updates.

Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior after 26A?
