Change the order of the sections and move “Future Actions” above “Employment History”

Hello everyone,
we are in Redwood.

When there are records with a start date later than today, they are shown (by design) on the “Employment Info” page in a section called “Future Actions.”
This section appears below “Employment History.”

Is it possible to change the order of the sections and move “Future Actions” above “Employment History”?
If yes, how can we do it?
