Prevent recruiters from creating multiple job offers for a single candidate in Redwood

Summary:

On the Redwood page, is there a way to restrict a recruiter from creating multiple job offers for a single candidate? In the current design, the recruiter has the ability to assign multiple job offer to a candidate and the candidate can accept multiple offers simultaneously without any errors. Does this mean that this is the intended functionality?
