Best way to mass load Jobs – HDL or manual creation?

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We need to upload a list of Jobs in Oracle HCM.

Is it possible to mass load Jobs using HDL, or is it necessary to create them manually through the navigation path:

Workforce Structures > Jobs

We are looking for the most efficient and recommended approach for bulk job creation.

If HDL is supported:

  • Which business object should be used?
  • Are there any prerequisites (Job Set, Job Family, etc.) that must be loaded first?
