What happens to licenses and certifications after an employee is terminated?
Summary:
We are trying to locate information on what happens to the license and certification information that was placed in Person Profile > Talent Profile after an employee's termination. Is the data stored indefinitely? Is it archived to an archive folder? Does it Delete after a period of time?
We are working on an inbound integration from a third party vendor and need to know if we need to build it to remove old data records and if its possible to remove the data after termination?
I can't seem to find documentation on this and would really appreciate all the information that can be shared.
