Cannot view My Maintenance Work UI, only getting the old Maintenance Dispatch List UI

Summary:

Despite having the Manage Administrative Profile Values for Profile Option Code - ORA_MNT_DISPATCH_LIST_REDWOOD_ENABLED set to Site = Yes

Users are not able to get to My Maintenance Work UI, it takes them to the old UI for Maintenance Dispatch List, why?
