25D AI Agent Quote to Purchase Requisition - issue creating req

Summary:

I was able to setup the AI agent but have not been able to create a requisition from a quote. When I run the test the issue seems to be happening at the 'Generate Purchase Requisition Payload' stage. The output simply says failure with no indication of why it failed.

I've ruled out some things:

1. The basics: I've made sure I'm using a PDF and it seems to have no issues extracting the information from the quote from looking at the "Extract Requisition Attributes from Supplier Quotation" output
2. I updated the supplier name and supplier site to match exactly what it's extracting. — to rule out issues with not being able to match supplier
