UAE - E-invoicing legislative change

It has been brought to our attention that the UAE has released some new legislation regarding the implementation of E-invoicing, the most important part is that all businesses with revenue exceeding AED 50M must have appointed an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) by 31 July 2026 and must have implemented e-invoicing by 1 January 2027.
