Change the effective end date in Manage Locations

in Inventory Management

Summary:

How can we change the effective end date under "Manage Locations". We used Locations REST API excel plug in to update the locations address state as they were wrong. While we were updating the locations V2 sheet, the main location sheet has end dated automatically. This is around 900 locations and we need to update the effective end date. Can someone help or direct how can we achieve this in the REST API please.
