Allow only Potential Assessment Questionnaire to update the rating

Summary:

We want potential assessment rating should be change through potential assessment only. Currently Manager can change it directly.

Earlier it was possible to make it read only through page composer. Is it possible from Redwood VBCS to make this field read only. ?
