Can we hide "View potential rating" field in Potential assessment?

Summary:

In Talent Review Meeting Potential assessment, while updating questionnaire, Manager needs to click View potential rating button, this is extra click for manager, they should have an option to click save and close directly and system should calculate it automatically in backend and change the potential rating.

Can we hide “View Potential Rating” button and still be able to submit? Ideally, once the manager enters the assessment, they just submit without reviewing the content or seeing then numerical value.
