How to add the Requestor Name in the Seeded Report (DisbursementPaymentProcessRequestStatusReport)

To Replace Column Sequence Name with Requestor Name.

Hi Team,
Could you please help me add the Requestor Name to the below report output? I reviewed the standard Oracle seeded Disbursement Payment Process Request Status Report XML, but I couldn’t find the Requestor Name element tag in the XML data. The Report output is generating by running a Oracle Standard Schedule Job Process ("Payment Process Request Status Report")

And I have copied the seeded report in Custom folder and the Oracle Seeded Report Template is in RTF type and the default format is in PDF mode.
