Add button not clickable in Redwood SSP in Add Approvers Page

Summary:

In the RSSP under Add Approvers page, the user is trying to add an approver in the workflow, however the "Add" button is not clickable.
I have tried the solution from another post here to set the data security policy in the role with below details

After applying this, the add button is still not clickable.

Please advise what to do.
