aged card transaction limit excluding a specific expense type

we have aged limit 45 days for card transactions but we would like to make expense type "airfare" an exception to the aged limit. The employees are encouraged to buy airfare as early as possible to get the best price, but our travel policy does not allow employees to submit airfare until the flight occurred. This causes a lot of aged transactions of airfare. The aged airfare transactions block employees to submit other expenses.

I am wondering whether there is a way to exclude airfare from the aged limit.
