What is the maximum number of rows I can export using a published report? Is this limitation different if I'm exporting to csv, or xls? What other limitations are there? Where is the documentation about those limitations?

E.g.: I was testing a report, and I noticed that the same subject area, if used in an analysis, returned 20k rows, while in the report returned only 13k rows. Was that a limitation I should be aware of?
