XLIFF fille for UI objects

Summary: It seems Oracle Fusion natively supports XLIFF to store and manage string translations. I see it for reports. We wanted to check if the functionality also supports to translate module UI

We would like to export XLIFF file per module (say Procurment, Inventory, etc) corresponding to

Standard UI labels (buttons, field names, column headers)
Seeded lookup values (Status: Open/Closed/Approved etc.)
Standard workflow notification templates
Standard BI Publisher report labels
Custom flexfield segment labels
Custom lookup values (org-specific values)

If this is available, kindly help us the process to do it.
