Can Hiring Manager role can be auto-provisioned based on position hierarchy with vacant roles

Hello,

Can the Hiring Manager role can be auto provisioned based on position hierarchy with vacant roles, or if it strictly requires active direct reports?

• If the Hiring Manager role is auto-provisioned based on having direct reports, how would it work when there are only vacant positions and no incumbents?

• How does Oracle Fusion determine that Claire is a manager of those five vacant positions?

can someone please suggest if the above is possible and if a recruiting manager can he autoprovisioned the hiring manager role if there are vacant positions?
