My client has a requirement to control the way AI-generated resolution notes, summarization notes, and other AI-generated content are created within the system.

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to configure or customize how these notes are generated? Specifically, we would like to understand if we can control the structure, tone, level of detail, or any predefined formatting rules applied to the AI-generated content.
