HCM | ORC | Enabling the option to set the Candidate Source section as Read Only

Description (Required):

The Visual Builder Studio should support the option to make the Candidate Source section in candidate profile screen and the candidate job application screen Read Only. Currently the option is available only to make the section visible or invisible.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Candidate source is a critical information to provide the referral bonus whenever it is applicable. If the source section is editable, this exposes the candidate source to be tampered with. It creates an audit compliance issue where if the source is editable, anyone can claim the profile as referred and providing the referral bonus becomes difficult.
