Notification link issue after P2T

During offer acceptance, the candidate is unable to redirect to the test career site because the link is still pointing to the production site, even though we are testing in the test instance. Please note that our test instance recently underwent a P2T refresh. Is there any configuration required to ensure that, in the test instance, only the test career site is picked up?
