Approving Cycle Count for multiple Serial Numbers through mass select in Classic UI

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are having cycle counts for serial items in our scope.

We are facing following issue:

When we try selecting all serial numbers for a particular item where the cycle count status is in pending approval, It does select all rows as mentioned in the screenshot. When we click on approve, all the selected rows statuses changes to Approved, not submitted.

When we click on submit to approve all cycle count, we find that only some of the rows, go for approval.

Example: I have selected 250+ serial numbers for an item and approved those cycle counts and changed their status to Approved, not submitted., however, if I click on approve only a subset of serial numbers e.g. 64 get approved rest all are not approved and on re searching they go back to pending approval.
