Receipts created in Redwood Orders to receive are not showing in My Receipts

Summary:

I created the below 03 receipts in the month of january.

1000014275

1000014276

1000014282

In myreceipts I can only see the last receipt, but could not find the other 02 receipts.

All these 03 receipts belong to same purchase order.

Can you please let us know how to resolve this issue.
