Refresh a TEST environment from another TEST environment?

Not receiving any response for a request to refresh one of our TEST environments, and the source is another TEST environment.

I submitted a request to refresh one of our TEST environments, and the source is another TEST environment. I selected the option "Configuration and data for future". 2 days later I had not received any notification email to advise the refresh was started or completed, so this morning I submitted a 2nd request (as per the instructions in the Oracle Service Console).
