Workforce compensation assignment segments not usable in Redwood

Summary:

We currently use assignment segments in workforce compensation to display multiple rows of bonus information within a workforce compensation plan. Prior to Redwood, there was an arrow next to the visible compensation row which displays under the employee's main data row. This worked well to display the information all in the same screen. Following the migration to Redwood, there is a panel that opens and displays the data on the right side. The user experience of displaying this information in a vertical format is not ideal. Once a user starts to scroll, they lose the scrollbar altogether and all buttons
