Expose Integration Creation Rest API based on Natural Language Input

Description (Required):

Expose a dedicated REST API in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) that accepts natural language input and programmatically generates a fully scaffolded integration — including integration type selection, connection configuration, and end-to-end flow structure. This API would enable developers, partners, and ISVs to embed OIC integration generation capabilities into their own tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered automation workflows.


Use Case and Business Need (Required):

While OIC already provides a natural language prompt experience within the UI (under Projects), there is currently no programmatic equivalent exposed via REST API. This limits the ability of Oracle Partners, enterprise development teams, and platform engineers to automate or externally orchestrate integration creation at scale.
