BPA FBDI Blanket Agreement Item Attribute Translations Error for Arabic Descriptions

Summary:

We are trying to upload BPA using FBDI along with Item Attribute Translations.

We are getting error wherever Arabic description exist as below:

Record 165: Rejected - Error on table PO_ATTR_VALUES_TLP_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length

Record 166: Rejected - Error on table PO_ATTR_VALUES_TLP_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length

However, we checked that in FBDI file,the length of the description is below or equal to 240 characters. However if we convert it into csv file, its becoming more than 240 characters and system showing error.

Any suggestions to overcome this error please.
