Manage Job offers, what happens when candidate is Pending manual processing and 'Move to Processed'
Summary:
Historically we had many candidates error and need manual processing, however they are still sitting in the 'Manage Job Offers' screen. Moving forward how can we clean this up? If we select 'Move to Processed' for candidates that have been processed already does anything happen? In addition, how do we know what happens during each of the options available?
