Hide grade in talent review meeting

Hi Team,
In the talent review meeting, we aim to hide a grade on the Prepare Talent Review Meeting page, as illustrated in the screenshot below, highlighted in yellow.
Alternatively, is there an option to hide this column and create a new one displaying only the Name?
