When editing a task, the task type dropdown should not be editable

in Performance Management

Summary:

Task Type field needs to be segregated as three separate types for 70-20-10.Currently under Task Type (which is common lookup HRG_GOAL_TASK_TYPE) we have added all 70-20-10 values as per initial requirement
