Restrict hiring process when position has no vacant FTE and Position Synchronization Is Not Enabled

Summary:

We would like to understand if there is any standard or out of the box validation available to prevent recruiters from proceeding with the hiring where position have no vacant FTE and when Position Synchronization is not enabled.

Currently, if Position Synchronization is not enabled, recruiters are still able to move forward and create an offer for a candidate when there are no vacant FTE This may result in data inconsistencies and downstream issues.

Our requirement is to enforce a control such that:

  • If Position Synchronization is not enabled, the recruiter should not be allowed to create an Offer if position doesn't have no vacant FTE
