Tier 2 Application Link Shared Externally

Summary:

Recently, we posted a requisition to our career center, our Tier 2 portal (which requires an active security clearance), and our internal career center. A few candidates applied using only the Tier 2 link, even though we share that link only with individuals who specifically need it. Since no one on our team provided the link to these candidates, we’re trying to understand how they gained access to it and what steps we can take to prevent this from happening in the future.
