Oracle Recruiting Cloud – Electronic signature for candidate evaluation document

Summary:

We are implementing a process in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) within Oracle HCM Cloud.

We need to validate the functional and technical feasibility of the following scenario:

In the Candidate Evaluation phase, after assessing competencies and test results, we require:

1. Generation of a consolidated evaluation document (PDF).
2. Automatic initiation of an approval/signature flow.
3. The document must be electronically signed by all members of the evaluation committee.
4. The signature does NOT need to be a certified digital signature (e.g., DocuSign).
5. The approval/signature should serve as internal legal traceability.
6. The signed document must remain stored in the candidate record.
