In Reports, is there a way to use User Variables

Summary:

Is there any way we can leverage User Variables when creating Management Reports? When running the report, it should be able to select two different members of the same dimension and use these POV to embed a function inside the grid. This function works in Web Form.

As of now, only Substitution Variable is available in the dropdown, is there any workaround to this?
