withdrawn application after job offer accepted

Summary:

We had a candidate accept a letter of offer and somehow their application has also been withdrawn (supposedly not by the candidate). Will a withdrawn status cause issues downstream for onboarding etc? And how do we change the candidate to offer accepted?
