Attachments on Application Problem

Some candidates are having problems with the applications when they attach a resume. They will enter all their information and when it comes to attach a file, they lose all data entered. It is a limited number of people as we see alot of new records in our database daily.
We have setup our application to accept other attachments as well, instead of a test box for Cover Letter. Taleo support told us that there can be a number of things to make this happpen: cookies not being enabled, pop-up blockers, spyware or virus protection, etc. We could resolve the problem by only allowing one attachment but we need to get more from candidates.
