Bank Account Configuration for Finance and Payroll Structure with different Legal Entities

Summary:

We have issues with CM bank accounts, we have two different Legal Entity Structure for the Payroll and Finance has different Legal entity, but as per the business one bank account is being shared between both payroll and Finance. as per the Oracle standard we can use the bank account only one time.

we have to use the same account is at the Payroll entity and Finance entity.
Payroll Entity : Payroll - UAE --(only Payroll enabled)
Finance Entity: ABC LLC --(Payables and Receivables enabled)
