Confirming unsubscribe touchpoint for Eloqua contacts

I am investigating how some contacts may come to be unsubscribed. Is there any UI or Insight report that might show me this?

Some users have asked for clarity on how some contacts came to unsubscribed. They see valid customers and contacts in an unsubscribed state and want to re-subscribe them. We can't make a decision on this without understanding how their current status came to be.
One example contact record shows:
- Globally unsubscribed
- Email address valid (not hard-bounced)
- Email address not from a consumer inbox provider
- No form submissions
- Last activity was an email sent in April 2025, which the contact opened and clicked the CTA link
