Emailing candidate data to manager not working

When I forward candidate data to a manager (with no access to Taleo),  all they are getting is the resume that was attached to the online  application. How can I set it up for them to continue getting the resume  attachment, but also see the online application the applicant  completed? I would prefer the manager not see all the fields asked on  the online application. Is there a way to create a list view for a no  access user and get the candidate data to them?
Any help is MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance.
