OIC FTP Server File Created event stops

File Created event in OIC-GEN3 SFTP Server only works for the 1st file created; subsequent files do not create the event

I have an Event Subscriber Integration in a Project in OIC GEN3 v26.01. The integration subscribes to the File Created event for the SFTP Server attached to my OIC service instance. The subscriber integration filtering to a specific folder.

The Create File event is only created once; meaning it creates File Created event for the first file created on the SFTP Folder, but any subsequent file created in the forlder (same or different name and/or file type) the File Created Event is no longer created. The only way that I have found to work is by deactivating and activating the subscriber after receiving the 1st even — obviously not a viable workaround right?
