IDR PO Requestor mandatory

Summary:

How to make requestor field non mandatory for PO matched IDR invoice. The invoice is going to incomplete status.

When we manually create an invoice and match to PO it doesn't ask for requestor.

I did raise an SR but they asked me to raise it in community.
