Work Email Effective Start Date Automatically Set to another future date for Future Hires

Hello,

we are experiencing an unexpected behavior related to future-dated hires.

When we hire an employee with a future Hire Date (for example, 11-Mar), and we manually enter the Work Email during the hiring process, the effective start date of the Work Email is automatically set to 31-Mar, instead of aligning with the Hire Date.

We are not using Recruiting, and the email is entered manually (no integrations involved at this stage).

Has anyone experienced similar behavior?
