Need to Remove Account Coding from actions in invoice page in invoices under payables

Summary:

We are creating custom role as per our client requirement but additionally we are getting account coding access also. The group of people required Invoice hold release access , invoice view access, invoice edit access(before release they will correct the details related to that hold). They shouldn't provide any account coding actions.

We tried below ways:

With role customization it can't achievable because we are getting it with other access, please see the attachment with details. We tried page personalization with sand box but account coding is the child component for Actions, so can't do page personalization for child component for some users. We have raised and worked with an SR #4-0001742171: invoice page - page personalization by using sandbox but it is not achievable.
