Request a Position Change Not Triggering Notification

Hello Expert,

We are experiencing an issue with the Request a Position Change flow. When we submit the request, the transaction is created successfully, but no notification is triggered to the approver or HR.

Before raising an SR, I wanted to check if anyone in the community has experienced this behaviour.

Key points:

• The transaction is submitted without any errors.
• No approval notification is generated.
• The approval rule for Position Change is already configured in BPM.
• Other transactions are triggering notifications normally.
