Not eligible candidates

Summary:

Is there a way to mark candidate as not eligible. we have candidates who applies and after interview, etc we find them ineligible to apply for any roles in the future. We can update the main status of the candidate as not eligible but once they reapply, how do we alert or make visible to the recruiter that they are ineligible and cannot apply for any role. Is there a way to block these candidates from repplying to ensure we do not accidentally interview or progress their applications again?
