26A Intermittent issue with blank promote approvals

Summary:

Hi,

Following 26A update, we are experiencing intermittent issues with the display of promotion approvals. Some are displaying the data as expected and others are displaying a blank white screen.

We have been unable to replicate in an up to date refreshed environment.

We are using Redwood promote screens and Redwood approval notification templates.

I have raised an SR and awaiting an update. Troubleshooting is an issue without having the issue in test, can I check if any other users are experiencing this issue please?
