Act as Proxy manager restrictions

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict managers in Act as Proxy manager.

Emp A is a HRBP of Department(Cost center) hierarchy → 17000

Emp B is a HRBP of Department(Cost center) hierarchy → 21000

EMP B on long leave during cycle

EMP C (Manager) is one level below CEO and his current dep hierarchy is 21000 and he has reportees belong to dep hierarchy 17000 and

21000

Current Data security is based on AOR → Department hierarchy

Now business wants Emp A → HRBP to act as proxy of Manager of Emp C. Until unless we gave AOR access(21000) to EMP A ,EMP A cannot see Emp C(Manager) under Act as proxy .
