Not able to raise the Purchase Requisition in Redwood UI when the Budgetary control is enabled

Summary:

Not able to raise the Purchase Requisition in Redwood UI when the Budgetary control is enabled, getting an error that You must provide a valid charge account to perform the check Funds action. also, cannot select the Charge account in the distributions, when a combination selected, getting an error that the value provided for either code combination ID or the charge account isn't valid. getting this error for recently implemented Business Unit.

But, in Classic UI, able to raise the Purchase Requisition, even the Budgetary control is enabled and even able to change the Charge account combination
