How can I get the Redwood Skill Card to display the specific required proficiency level?

edited Mar 4, 2026 1:25PM in Dynamic Skills 2 comments

Environment: Oracle Cloud HCM (26A/Redwood Enabled)

Interface: Skills Center / Skills and Qualifications (Redwood)

Issue:

I am unable to see the specific numeric value for "Minimum Skill Level" on the employee skill cards in the Redwood UI. Instead of seeing "Requires Level 5", the cards only display the text "Required".

Steps Taken:

Data Loading: I successfully loaded skill requirements to Job Profiles using the EnhancedTalentProfile.dat file.

RequiredFlag was set to Y.

MinSkillLevelCode was set to 5.

Verification: The data is visible and correct in the Job Profile back-end. On the employee's "Skills and Qualifications" page, the skills correctly appear in the "Skills in Development" section with the "Required" flag.

Howdy, Stranger!
