Approval Transaction in DoR for Manager and HR upload classification

Summary:

We have a requirement for Approval transaction for DoR, where Manager uploads the request goes to HR Services, and HR Services upload is auto-approved. All approvals are configured in HCM task configuration AOR based and not role based. I used the User Name as attribute, but when multiple users are added as expression, approval fails. Any configuration help appreciated.
