HCM | ORC | Enabling VBS Rules for Candidate Job Application Phase and State fields

Description (Required):

Currently in Redwood job application page, when we click on the action button and move, the popup comes up with the phase and state fields. I wanted to make the phase field as read only for a few phase as we have auto move conditions to move the candidate between phases. When the appropriate state is selected, the candidate will automatically move to the next phase. The manual moving of candidates between phases must be restricted.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The recruiter must not be allowed to move the candidate manually through job application phases as it is moved automatically by the auto move condition.
